How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks.
Each piece is handmade in small batches, crafted during the week, and shipped every Thursday.
When should I place my order?
I recommend ordering at least 3–4 weeks before your event.
This gives enough time for production, delivery, and any adjustments if needed.
How do I add the name and age for personalized items?
For customizable products, please add the name and age in the “Special Instructions” box in your CART before checkout.
Can the decorations be reused?
Yes, all items are made with high-quality paper and can be reused if handled with care and stored properly after use.
What materials do you use?
All decorations are made using premium Fabriano paper and carefully selected materials. I aim to reduce plastic as much as possible and continue working toward more sustainable packaging solutions.
